GREEN GODDESS DRESSING

1 1/4 cups of mayo
1/2 cup each of chives and Italian parsley
1 TB of dried tarragon
2 TB white wine vinegar

Add a couple anchovies to the blender and pulse until smooth, green and delicious. Makes about 2 cups dressing with a total of 11 carbs or .75 carbs per ounce (2 TB).

 

SESAME VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

3 TABLESPOONS REDUCED SODIUM SOY SAUCE ( I PREFER LA CHOY)
3 TABLESPOONS RICE VINEGAR
2 TABLESPOONS MIRIN (A JAPENESE SYRUPY RICE WINE)
1 ½ TEASPOONS DARK SESAME OIL


MIX THE DRESSING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A JAR, AND CHILL IF DESIRED.
